Specialized time-resolved cytometry for quantitative single cell analysis

Welcome!

Our laboratory investigates the unique ways in which time-resolved measurements can be used in flow cytometry.

Time-resolved analyses result in fluorescence lifetime as a parameter when scanning cells for research purposes.

The applications we focus on include
  • Fundamental cell signaling and receptor activity (FRET and fluorescence proteins)
  • Metabolic mapping of cancer cells in the presence of chemotherapeutics
  • Optimization of cell analyses using microfluidics an acoustics
  • Utilization of unique digital data acquisition, signal processing, and image processing
